I had a mixed experience staying at this hotel. The location was superb, right next to Piazza di Spagna and within a 20-minute walk to most tourist attractions, making it easy to explore Rome. However, the rooms lacked natural light being on the first floor, were a bit small, and the dining experience, although adequate, had its shortcomings with surly service. Nevertheless, the staff was incredibly warm and helpful throughout my stay.
